Advice that may not be obvious for a beginner

I decided to get into 3D printing recently mainly as a useful tool, as I do have Cerebral Palsy and there are situations where I need very specific things, which usually don't exist or if it does, it costs 10x more due to special customization. Since I know the basics of CAD and was able to model things I need, I figured a printer could be useful. I landed on the Anycubic Kobra S1 combo and I am waiting for it to be delivered.

Meanwhile I wait on that, I just wanted to ask for some general advice that might not be mentioned always in guides on YouTube. Also, if you have any advice on how to instruct others how to do certain things around the printer, since my mobility does not allow to do any physical activities (such as removing the printed piece, cleaning the bed etc) and need to instruct various people how to do it. I guess I will learn that with time, but I don't want to mess up the printer due to my poor explaination.
