Is Chesscom going for IPO?

I have recently received multiple invitations from different consulting agencies for paid market research (direct phone calls, emails, Linkedln). Although they represent different clients (the clients are NOT Chesscom, they are all investment firms), they are all looking for the same specific thing: an analysis of the "Online Chess Platform", which in this context can only mean Chess.com . Lichess can't possibly trigger paid market research analysis from so many different agencies. They want to evaluate how the "online chess platform" positions itself against competitors.
Attached is an example of what they're sending. I've been getting a dozen of these lately. (Personal details redacted for privacy).
No inside knowledge. Wonder if they were triggered by a potential Chesscom IPO (selling their shares on the stock exchange)? If not, why would they do that?
