This is a terrible job offer for IT, right?
Hourly pay range: $35–$39 if health insurance coverage is required
Health insurance available
**Five days of paid sick leave (***This is required by state law, otherwise I'm sure it wouldn't be here)*
**No paid vacation**
**Company holidays are unpaid**
401(k) plan available; employees may elect to contribute between 0% and 5%
**Company 401(k) matching begins in the employee’s fourth year of employment**
I even have an idea of the owner's ethnic group is base on this, and as part of that group, I'm disgusted.
