community! I greatly appreciate the questions you addressed to us. See my responses below:
wrapped millix questions
1. What is the difference between Millix and Wrapped Millix and what are they worth respectively in USD?
Millix is a layer 1 protocol, unique in itself and not based on any other chain. It is a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) or Tangled chain, rather than a traditional blockchain.
To enhance accessibility, the Millix foundation developed an Ethereum bridge that allows users and platforms supporting Ethereum to interact with Millix. The bridge wraps Millix into an ERC-20 token known as Wrapped Millix (WMLX).
One Wrapped Millix (WMLX) is equivalent to 1,000,000 Millix (MLX).
Regarding their USD values, this is determined by the market price, subject to supply and demand on their respective exchanges.
2. What is the easiest way to convert Millix to Wrapped Millix?
Currently, the simplest and only method to wrap Millix is by using the Tangled browser. This process is user-friendly and also handles the Ethereum gas fees. For a comprehensive guide on how to wrap and unwrap Millix using the Tangled browser, you can watch this informative video: youtube.com/watch?v=J9GdqB2AvFo
3. How does one go about buying Wrapped Millix?
As of the time of writing, there are three ways to purchase Wrapped Millix:
1. P2B - P2B is a centralized exchange located in Europe where you can buy and sell Wrapped Millix (WMLX) using Tether (USDT).
2. Uniswap - Uniswap, a decentralized peer-to-peer exchange, allows you to swap WMLX using USDC or any other ERC-20 (Ethereum-based) token.
3. Swapland.io you can buy WMLX using a debit card, credit card or PayPal!
I hope this answers your questions. If you have any additional feedback, please reach out. This was fun!
