Is most of Sunny Isles’ Russian-speaking population Jewish?
Hi all. I’m not native to Miami, but I have heard a lot about it and am quite fascinated by the city, particularly its ethnic neighborhoods. Apparently Sunny Isles has a very substantial Russophone population, from migration following the collapse of the USSR. My question is: knowing the size of the Jewish migration to the US following the collapse, does this community primarily consist of them? Is it shifted towards ethnic Russians? Or is it a mix? Anyone with personal experience about the community, please share! #local source
