Pandemic Season 0 questions - March and infections
We opened the appropriate box, got green infection cubes, added the "Treat" skill to our identities, and added all the stickers to the board. When playing through March, though, never found any instructions as to when to fill out the infected city cards, or when add disease cubes to the board.
We've read everything three times, but I swear that we've missed something here - can someone clarify when a city becomes infected and green cubes get added?
