Why do clients get their best ideas right after everything is finalized?
I've noticed that every project starts the same way. requirements locked, designs approved, timelines agreed, everyone confident. then development starts and boom, inspiration hits.
Now we're revisiting decisions we made two weeks ago, and somehow those "small tweaks" keep turning into full rewrites. feels like there's a law of physics about this
How do you handle this without slowly losing your sanity or working weekends for free?

I do this with my own projects. I learned to get the ideas on paper/Google Doc. Then I brainstorm, in the background, ways to improve the idea before I commit to building. I also consult Microsoft Copilot to find out all of the improvements that can be made before the final build starts.
