Yesterday was one profoundly surreal trip for me as I was able to step foot on the very ground on which the Protestant Reformation started — Worms, Germany! It was in this place that Martin Luther stood his ground against the might of the Roman Catholic Empire and said, “Here I stand, I cannot recant so help me, God!” From there, the Protestant Reformation was ignited.
Another place I got to visit was the place where the first Bible was printed by another German and his name was Johan Gutenberg. He invented the first printing press and printed the first Bible which fanned the flames of the Reformation revival in the Western world!
