Should I Get another instead of getting parts
So I have a pretty mint 2004 gsxr 600 17,200 miles, well maintained, but I had to do sum repairs recently and omg are things expensive, 800-1100 for a fuel pump, can’t find a good gas tank anywhere (tiny bit of rust/corrosion in mine so figured I’d try to find another) but also like 900 for one that says it’s good but has no pictures, things are just EXPENSIVE for this bike so I was wondering since mint condition ones are like 5k or so is what it says online, should I find a cheap broken down one that isn’t in terrible shape to just grab parts off of when needed, cause I feel like I’ll easily end up putting 2-3k of parts into her over the next 20 or so years (hopefully she lasts another 20 years) what would you guys suggest?
