Special Occasion and Seafood. Montlake, Avra, or Cafe Pacific?
I haven't been to any. The person we are celebrating loves seafood, but I'd also like to have a good atmosphere for the occasion. Maybe nothing insanely loud, but also allow you to dress up just a little. Any thoughts? #local
