What kind of material for a cutting board is bifl?
I'm tossing my plastic one, and I have a wooden one but I think it's starting to be not too great, as well.
I'd like to get just one really nice, solid cutting board. I want it to be completely solid, flat, without any etchings and such so it's very easy to clean, but the big question is:
What kind of wood is best? I see a lot of bamboo, but I'm questioning whether or not that's a bifl wood?
