Eclipse optical projection with telephoto lens
sorry if that's not the good flair, i'm unsure if this is gear or technique
I have a 300mm telephoto lens, and i was thinking about using it to see the eclipse tonight (by direct projection. Yes, i'll be careful that nobody look though directly.
I am wondering if it might damage the lens by overheating. Should i avoid it completely or is it fine if it's just for a minute or two ?
