When is the best time to buy winter clothes? When do they go on sale?
Me and my husband just moved from Hawaii to Ohio. I am worried about the winter here bc we have almost nothing for winter. We bought some things a while ago bc we went to Japan during winter but its definitely not enough for a whole winter closet or for how cold it gets here in Ohio. Im trying to figured out what to buy and when and where to buy that is cheapest. Because I know a full closet of winter clothes is going to be expensive for two people who have nothing.
I found some coats and vests on sale at khols but it wasn't much. I saw some big bargain stores with a bunch of coats back in April but I was not sure if i should buy them at the time. Please let me know any good times for deals on winter clothes and items please!
