LPT: Use your semester break to update your resume and portfolio.
I just finished my semester and I decided to take some time to update my resume and portfolio. It is something we all know we should do, but we always put it off because we are too busy with classes and assignments. Now that I have some free time, I realized I forgot some of the projects I worked on and the skills I learned. It is so much easier to document everything while it is still fresh in your mind. I just wanted to share this tip with other students here. Use your break to polish your resume, update your GitHub, and maybe even write a few blog posts about what you learned. It will save you so much stress when internship applications open up!
