that's not for pain, that's an antibiotic and usually used for cardiovascular treatment, rarely for teeth.
you need :
regular antibiotic (amoxicillin ) to kill bacteria and remove infection + anti inflammatory (ponstan , inflamatix or inflam ) help for infection and pain + paracetamol ( dolipran , panadol , algesic ..)
