In what ways can impact of private equity ownership on employee health be calculated? Is there data like pre-and post private equity ownership? How many health conditions, or ultimately death, stem from the severe stress caused by private equity management? I have seen so many people decline substantially over the last four years under org’s PE situation. It’s coming to a head from many people in org— hospitalizations, strokes, heart attacks, clots from hours seated at desk, cancers, suicides. Could it all be connected to the chronic stress?
