Surprised and Impressed
This was my feelings towards a lady passenger who I met previously on my last travel in going back to Nueva Vizcaya.
It happened when I decided not to buy peanut to a peanut vendor in the bus, who refused me to sell peanut for only 10 pesos, because the minimum price being sold was 20 pesos only.
She bought already for herself, then bought another one and gave it to me. I was reluctant to take it but she insisted so I took it and gave thanks.
Surprised and impressed by what she did, I asked her why she did it. She answered me because she remembered her mother .
Then it all started our conversation during our travel.
I alighted the bus before her, because her destination was in Isabela, an hour or more to reach it.
I only gave her a gospel tract which she delightedly received.
