TV on milk crates + little brother tripping on couch cushion = ...
There's actually a funny story to this:
Me and my siblings were hanging out in the balcony hallway area. This area is pretty narrow, but it fit a couch and small TV quite nicely. Since we didn't really have a proper stand, it was this really unstable setup made of milk crates and a blanket over them.
At some point my siblings started chasing and racing each other, yada yada yada. During the chaos, my little brother tripped over one of the couch cushions that had been pulled onto the floor. He ended up falling into the TV, knocking it over completely off, as well as basically destroying our makeshift stand for it. As it went down, it hit some other object, which caused that crack in the screen.
