Are food grade buckets worth it for storing sugar, flour, & rice?
Ended up buying restaurant depot massive size sugar, flour and rice. I don't want to end up making more wrong choices by impulsively buying food grade buckets from home depot or similar places. I saw some reviews saying the lids break, or that buckets have too much of a strong smell which doesn't go away, not air tight, etc.
I just want to make sure to store them in a way so that they don't go bad for more than a year.
What should I do to make sure they don't go bad ? Any suggestion on how to store them please.
