You ever feel like there’s this whole ocean inside you…

You ever feel like there’s this whole ocean inside you, quiet on the outside but a mess of crazy feelings underneath? That’s me, all day, especially now with everything happening in the world—wars, crazy climate stuff, family drama, and just... life hitting hard. Sometimes I just wanna disappear and hide from all the noise and pain.

But here’s what I’ve learned: being quiet or needing space doesn’t mean you’re weak. Honestly, it takes guts to admit when you’re not okay. Those quiet moments? That’s where healing kinda sneaks in. Sometimes just making it through the day is enough, and that’s okay.

On #WorldMentalHealthDay , I wanna say this: it’s okay to not have it all together. If you’re struggling, tell someone—even if it’s just a little whisper. We don’t need to pretend we’re fine all the time.

So let’s be gentle with ourselves today. Hold your own hand, be your own friend. Everyone’s fighting battles you don’t see. You’re definitely not alone.

Keep breathing. You’re doing better than you think. And someday, this storm will feel like a distant memory. 🌧️💙

I haven't been okay for years and I am perfectly okay with it. I just stumble on through.

For those of us who have been walking around and carrying that heaviness for years... that's real courage, even if it doesn't feel like it. I hope you are able to take good care of yourself on days that feel impossible.
