Do you guys enjoy it? I wouldn’t say I’d grind rated chess often after I’ve had a few large bottles of Estrella Galicia (elite lager) but I gained 80 elo last night playing much looser than I usually would. Obviously it’s not sustainable but it was really fun and at times it felt like I was playing insanely well, granted there were some games I blundered big time but I went from 1200 - 1280 in about 10 blitz games.
Probably a once off fluke run but curious to hear of anybody else’s boozy chess brilliancy.
