Van build in Norway

Hello Van dwellers,
I am looking for inspiration for a minimal van build in Norway. Here we have quite strict rules, so I wonder if there is anyone here from Norway?
We are looking into VW caddy or similar. We have a dog thats an Amstaff size so any ideas of how to travel comfortably with a big dog is also helpful ⛰️
