TLDR; SpaceX will be the most advanced, most efficient manufacturer and provider of physical, virtual and communication.

SpaceX is expected to IPO on Wallstreet in June, and I'd like to own some shares. It is expected to be valued between $1.75 and $2 trillion dollars, which would be highest valued IPO ever. I expect eventually Tesla and SpaceX will be merged as the Tesla fleet of autonomy becomes a data source for training xAI. However, in the early days of SpaceX trading there may be money flowing out of Tesla into SpaceX. Its also interesting to watch the retail hate for SpaceX and the institutional love for SpaceX. I'll have to navigate all that. Here is my pitch for SpaceX:

- Total dominance of space (more tonnage to orbit than the rest of the world in the past 70 years, combined).
- 10-15 year lead on rocket reusability (30 day) and rapid reusability (30 minute).
- Dominance of data center build outs on earth (they have brought on 1GW data centers in 90 days while others get delayed years).
- Dominance of AI compute availability (they charge Anthropic $1.25 billion per month for access to the world's largest coherent cluster).
- Total dominance of space based data center deployment capability.
- Total dominance of real time AI training data ( x.com ).
- Total dominance in solar system wide communication (Starlink).
- Competitive in AI code generation (Cursor acquisition).

With a Tesla / SpaceX merger you can add:
- Total domination in solar and battery.
- Total domination in real world training data ingestion (Optimus robot & Tesla Self Driving fleet)
- Largest fleet of AI compute on the edge (millions of GPU in cars then robots).
- Projected to be dominant chip fabricator (TeraFab).
- Projected to be dominant autonomous robotic workforce (Optimus).
- Number one selling car worldwide.
- Millions of square feet of factories.

With a Tesla / SpaceX / Neuralink merger
- Limitless
