LPT: Keep a running "win log", write down every good thing you accomplish at work so performance reviews never catch you off guard

I usually do it on my work diary and keep notes of win logs for everyday. I can quickly mention what has been achieved last 7 days in few minutes without thinking as i have written them down myself everyday.
