HR Fucks Up the process in every way possible

Here is how the process went:
Ignored Application & Direct Outreach:
I applied and received no response. By chance, I managed to get the phone number of the HR manager's boss. I called to follow up, explaining that I was surprised by the lack of feedback given that I was a 100% match for the role. Only then did it come to light that the HR representative hadn't even processed my application.
Then i had an succesfull Interview with the hiring Manager and was invited to complete a Case study in a City 2 hours away.
Case Study
HR sends me the Case study and in the E-Mail ist written, If you have question the contact Details of the hiring Manager are in the casestudy. They we're Not.
Case Study:
After that, I was invited to complete a case study for a finance role in a city two hours away. I spent the entire weekend working on the case study and presented it. It went very well.
Conflicting Feedback (Mix-up):
The HR representative called me to say that the process was delayed, but that I was likely moving forward in the process. Great news, right? Two days later, she sent me an email claiming she couldn't reach me by phone, basically repeating the exact same thing she had already told me two days before. It was obvious she had mixed me up with someone else.
Ghosting:
I have now been waiting for feedback on the case study for over three weeks, and I have effectively been ghosted.
That's it.
