Always frugal, even though I don’t need to be, even when it’s health related.
I lived in a place for two years and ate on a box because I knew I’d move out at some point. Live in a humid place, humidity makes my asthma worse, a dehumidifier would make life easier for me. I am not currently in a financially difficult situation. I think I might have some deep issues causing me to be this way. Any advice on how to just allow myself to make certain purchases without feeling guilty?
