Where can I fly? Inconsistencies in airspace maps in Alaska.
I live near Ted Stevens airport in Anchorage, Alaska. I'm new to drones and being near an airport I pulled up some maps and got different answers on what was allowed where.
The first map from AirHub looks pretty clear, no flying in that semi-circle area. The second map is from the Alaska DOT https://dot.alaska.gov/uas/ and does not show any restrictions in that same semi-circle area. The third map from UASideKick says generally the same as AirHub *except* there is line near the top of the semi-circle that allows for flights up to 200' in some areas if you filed a LAANC.
So in 3 maps I have: cannot fly at all, uncontrolled airspace, or in some places with a LAANC.
