UBL-PU transaction failure
5 days ago, my brother paid his fee challan after his name appeared in PU merit list. Unfortunately, university says that we have not received the amount while bank keep saying that we have done the transaction from our side.
What's more frustrating is if the issue isn't resolved quickly, he will lose his chance when the new merit list will be displayed.
I have asked the person on helpline to provide me the RNN/STAN for that specific transaction but they kept saying that transaction ID is your proof. We can't provide you those.
It's my request to all of you that if anyone from you know a person or himself/herself is working in UBL. Please let me know.
