Does anyone else live on someone else’s property?
I’ve been considering an alternative form of living to be able to save a bit of money to eventually have a home.
We’re currently rented and not saving as much as we’d like. Albeit we have been renting for a “good value” for the last 5 or 6 years. But our opportunities are running out and will have to rent at “market value” eventually.
Being in south Florida, the only reliable option I can see is renting on someone’s land and having a gym membership for a shower to avoid grey water dumping.
Campgrounds are often booked weeks/months in advance.
I’d have to get a small pull behind trailer to live in. We already have all the camping essentials. Cooking being most important in my opinion.
AC is a nonnegotiable.
