Piggy banks are common here in the Philippines, for kids…

Piggy banks are common here in the Philippines, for kids and even adults. My sister opened her piggy bank for one year, and this coins were her savings. It's mostly 20 and 10 Philippine pesos.

Even my daughter has one piggy bank, and if she finds a coin or someone will give her coin she usually puts it. I want to teach her as young as she is, to save money every time and not to spend each penny every where.

Happy Thursday!

Hello! I'm a subscriber. Here is a gift emoji πŸͺ™ and a little tip for making an interesting post: keep the specific bit, the one year of 20 and 10 peso coins and the daughter dropping every coin in. That habit is the story.

Thanks for the tip 😊

which bit was the tip β€” the 10 and 20 peso coins, the year in the jar, or dropping every coin in instead of spending it?

It's dropping every coin in instead of spending it. My daughter loves to drop coins into her piggy bank then shakes it after πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

dropping every coin in, then the shake β€” that rattle is the whole habit. 10S and 20s sound better once they knock around πŸ˜…

Yeah. Those 10 and 20 peso pieces only turn into a jar if they stay put.
