In episode 10 of the third season of Breaking Bad, the fly that enters the lab represents the raven from the poem. While for Edgar Allan Poe the bird symbolizes the grief over the death of a loved one, for Walter White the fly represents guilt (as already established), remorse for the deaths that, up to that point in the series, the chemical had caused, and that guilt will also never leave Walter in peace.
