SLS design tolerance
I am designing two parts to be printed with SLS.
The two parts are two tubes where one tube is will fit inside the other. One tube is 10mm outside diameter, one is 10mm inside diameter.
The goal is the two parts will slide together very snugly. I believe with these dimensions the two will not actually fit together.
How much should the 10mm outside diameter be reduced so that the small tube can fit inside the larger with a tight fit?
