Whys my CPU spiking such high temps with unusual load?
Ive had problems with my CPU for a while.Its got around 75 degrees on idle and spikes a hundred when under load.The endless throttling is getting to me.I know its normal for a CPU to have high temps under load but this PC is only about a year old.I need someone to tell me if it can be faulty thermal paste or bad Airflow.

Ive got an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700F.
All im really asking for is :
\-Should i just replace thermal paste?
\-Should i get a new cooler?(this ones pretty small imo)
\-Or is it bad airflow?
