📢 PSA: Email Issues Have Been Fixed
Hey everyone — for quite some time, Cobra Helix experienced email delivery issues that affected important features such as password resets, account verification, notifications, and other automated messages.
We’re happy to say that the underlying email issue has now been fixed, and these emails should be sending properly again.
The email bodies are still fairly basic at the moment, so our next step is improving their formatting and appearance to make them cleaner, more polished, and easier to read. The functionality is working; the presentation just needs some attention.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who was unable to reset their password, access their account, or receive an expected email. Thank you for your patience and for sticking with us while we worked through the issue.
