Help with better finish

Hi! I've been a terrible 3D print hobbyist, but I've recently been focusing on actualy getting better with this new multimaterial printer. The printer is Snapmaker U1, I use the Orca slicer. This is one of my more challenging pieces, an ultrasound sensor mockup/trophy. The blue is TPU to make it slightly spongy in the blue area, and the white is PLA. My issue is, the bottom layer is left stringy despite using supports. The lip is just slightly above the print bed so a support of sone kind is needed. I considered halving it and gluing, but that would affect the TPU sponginess, and there's black text on the other side that would get messed up if I tried to print it in another orientation. One fix woulf be to print in vertical orientation with supoirts, make a separate text plaque and just glue that on later, but I'm wondering if I can fix this somehow just by twiddling with my settings? Both materials are affected, the blue just shows it better. No brim or raft beside the supports is used. I tried increasing and decreasing wall layers, which helped with sturdiness but did nothing for the bottom. Layer height is .2 mm, same for first layer. Speed is 50 mm/s for first layer, 60 mm/s for outer wall and 300 mm/s for rest of print. I set TPU print heat as min/max 200-250C as this seems to work for other models, 190-240C for PLA.
