If the 1-button rotation casts Blizzard on target, can we just have that as an option?
It would be REALLY nice at times like ghost boss in ToP where the arena geometry is fucked and it's hard to actually place blizzard. Or to avoid placing it on a beam in the ceiling.
Shamans get it for Earthquake, let Mages have it for Blizzard.
