Can’t find a job after Ausbildung as MFA, what am I doing wrong?
Hi everyone,
I finished my Ausbildung as a Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA), but I’ve been struggling to find a job ever since. I’ve been sending out applications regularly, adjusting my CV and cover letter, and still I keep getting rejections, or no response at all.
I honestly don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I have practical experience from my Ausbildung, I’m motivated, and I really want to work. It’s starting to feel very discouraging.
Has anyone else experienced this after finishing their Ausbildung?
Could it be my CV, the job market, or something else?
I’d really appreciate any advice or honest feedback.
