I know there are quite a few old posts discussing peoples' favorite prose stylists in literature, but I didn't see any focused on more recent works, so I thought it might be worth asking.
What authors, or specific works, do you think exhibit some of the best modern prose (lets say, since 2000-ish)? And what is it about the prose that draws you?
