I made a three day trip to El salvador, specifically to San Salvador the capital. A very nice city and yes, very safe. I mostly went to the historic center a lot of nice old buildings and also the site of the Christmas town. I just show you one picture just to give you an idea of what it is like. I imagine at night it must be beautiful, but nights I don't go out.
