effect has been bugged since the new transmog system
Previously, transmogging \[Forest Lord's Antlers\] as your helm would make these little birds appear around your feet, but it doesnt do that anymore.
Furthermore, I met someone today who was not currently wearing it, but said they used to wear it all the time, and now they still have the effect, even when wearing a different helmet transmog.
Perhaps whatever hidden property the old transmog system gave is still applied (for people that were wearing it) and the new transmog system doesnt apply that property to people transmogging it now.
Blizzard, please fix, i want my birbs back!
