Role: Senior Trainer in a BPO Industry
First Id like to provide a brief detail bpo- business process outsourcing.
✔️I train new hires in Communication Skills for them to practice English communication and be confident with it because our clients are in the US while we are off shore followed by Product Knowledge.
✔️Though when I got promoted to Senior Trainer role from being a Trainer I now evaluate my co trainers as to how they deliver every topics and provide them feedback.
✔️What I love about my job is the chance to meet strangers which became companion and family like in the company. I have a few learners or we call them agents before who are now promoted and suddenly they would send me a message to tell me I was one of the reason why they decided to focus on the career.
Other than being their Trainer I always remind them about managing their finances and focusing on their Career Goals so as Life goals like investment. Something that I have never done when I was young and I have regretted. I always advise them not to be like me who is full of worries and has financial struggles....
