Had Kodak built a tiny camera that used the the sprocket hole film punch outs as film, the resolution would have been about 0.3 megapixel.
That's about the equivalent resolution of a 640x480 digital image, which is what the 1997 Sony Mavica digital camera recorded onto a floppy disk. Just a weird thought.
