When do new Lego sets tend release on the Lego website?

I am logged in as a Lego Insider, waiting for the Lego X Files set to drop. It is past midnight, the 1st of August. According to the website, the set should be available for Lego Insiders.

Am I just impatient and go to bed, or am I missing something?
