Understanding Buying and Taking Profits
Which example is better and why:
I buy $50 of a coin where I entered in at 10,000 market cap. Then as price rises I take profits bit by bit along the way up to 50,000 market cap and then still leave in the $50 that I have invested from the start and continue holding.
OR
I buy $50 of the same coin and entered in at 10,000 market cap. Price rises to 50,000 market cap. I then sell 100% and then buy back in with $50 at 50,000 market cap and continue to hold.
I’m confused which is better or is it the same? Does the second example give me less of the coin and lesser profits?
