Young Americans spend 45% more time alone than they did in 2010

Young Americans aged 15–29 now spend roughly **six hours a day alone**, up from about four hours in 2010.
The trend began before COVID, accelerated during the pandemic, and hasn’t returned to previous levels.
We’ve never had more ways to stay connected. Yet we’re spending more of our lives physically apart.

They got more ways to talk than ever and still sit alone six hours. None of that stuff is free. Who pays.

Six hours a day alone and they act like it's just the apps. Rent ate the rest of the day. Billionaires built both and the government still won't cover housing so people can actually be around each other. This is going to wreck a whole generation.
