He who becomes a slave to habit, repeating the same paths every day, dies slowly... He who makes television his guru, dies slowly... He who does not travel, he who does not read, he who does not listen to music, he who does not think of grace in itself, he who destroys his self-respect, he who does not let himself be helped, he who spends his days complaining about his bad luck or the incessant rain, dies slowly. Let us avoid death in gentle proportions, always remembering that being alive requires a greater effort than simply making it breathe.
