Shop wrecked my car

Ended up with a flat tire so I took my car in to get a needed oil change and to patch the tire. I went to go pick it up and one of the techs had seriously messed up my bumper. I have a lot going on right now including recently finding out my old cat has a tumor under her tongue. I so did not need this right now.
