SWOT an Strategic Planning
I currently work at a small to medium sized electrical contractor and we’ve been stuck for years at our current size. I’ve been doing some reading about how to finally progress and I’ve realized we don’t actually have a plan. Everyone has started out as an electrician and we don’t have anyone that’s actually studied business. I’m plan on bringing up we should do a SWOT analysis and build a strategic plan off of that to help us get out of this rut. Is this a good plan for a starting point or are there other methods I should look into? If anyone has any experience with this I will happily take any advice.
