Express Lanes Access from i90?
I have to commute from i90 to Shoreline semi regularly. The only way I know how to access the express lanes is by exiting on Mercer street and making a u-turn on Mercer which can be either a long route or illegal. I’m looking for something a little more streamlined.
Please help. This construction is killing me.
