Yes, if my child had committed an offense, I will definitely allow my child (15-18y/o CICL) to be under this intervention program. This is a very great program of the government. This will make my child to be well informed about what is right and what is wrong. And this will also help mold and shape my child to be a good citizen in the future. This is also of a big help for those children who have an inborn bad personality. This will prevent them from totally ending up into the dark or the worst is death.
The sad thing is that, usually the rich will always exploit the decisions of the authority. The innocent children of the poor maybe are the ones who will be charged with the offense. So they are very pitiful. This is a big bias thing that can always happen especially in the bullying cases. I can't imagine the consequences of this.
I have observed recently that the lawmakers are revising some of the laws, one of which is this (15-18y/o CICL). As far aa I can remember, this was (9-18y/o CICL) before, I will further check on this. Well anyway, why not start at an early age? Maybe the psychologists can be consulted about this. I think the earlier the better because they aren't crooked enough yet to be straightened. These below 15y/o children also feel that they untouchables, they aren't afraid to do bad things wherein the teachers, authorities, etc., and the worst are their parents themselves, become the victims. They are also make use of by the villains to do illegal things. I think this CICL should be reviewed thoroughly, as it seems that, it has some loopholes. I'm not really an expert about this, so these are just my opinions.
